About this subsidy
Under clause 7.1.1 of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025, an eligible new industrial unit that has been allotted land in a state Industrial Estate, Park or Growth Centre gets back the entire amount it paid as stamp duty and registration fee on the instrument of conveyance deed or lease deed for that land.
The benefit is a reimbursement, so the unit pays the duty at registration and then claims it back from the Department of Industries against proof of payment. There is no separate rupee ceiling stated in the policy clause — the reimbursement is 100% of what was actually paid.

What You Get
The state reimburses 100% of the amount paid towards stamp duty and registration fees charged on the instrument of conveyance deed or lease deed for land allotted in a government Industrial Estate, Park or Growth Centre. Because land registration costs are one of the first large cash outflows when setting up a plant, this claim materially lowers the entry cost of a new unit in Arunachal Pradesh. It is claimed after payment, against the registered instrument.
