Quick Answer
Rajasthan-registered manufacturing and sunrise-sector exporters get 25% of freight charges reimbursed, up to INR 25 lakh per unit per year, under RIPS 2024.
About this subsidy
Freight is one of the biggest line items for an inland exporter, and Rajasthan has no seaport. The Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) 2024 offsets part of that cost: eligible manufacturing and sunrise-sector enterprises can claim reimbursement of 25% of total freight expenses on goods sent for export through State ICDs and/or the air cargo complex, subject to a maximum of INR 25 lakh per exporting unit per annum.
Two conditions shape the claim. First, the route matters — only shipments moving through Rajasthan's own inland container depots or air cargo complex qualify. Second, only exporting units registered within Rajasthan are eligible. The cap resets every year, so a regular exporter can claim it annually rather than once in the life of the unit.

What You Get
You get back a quarter of the freight you pay to move export consignments through Rajasthan's state ICDs or air cargo complex, capped at INR 25 lakh per exporting unit per annum. Because the ceiling is annual rather than one-time, a unit shipping regularly can claim it year after year. The incentive applies only to units registered within Rajasthan and only to consignments routed through the state's own export infrastructure.
