Quick Answer
Export-oriented, green-economy projects investing over INR 4,000 crore may have their RIPS 2024 Asset Creation Incentive cap revised up to 3% of EFCI.
About this subsidy
The Platinum Package of RIPS 2024 reserves its highest Asset Creation Incentive cap for projects that are both very large and strategically aligned. For enterprises investing more than INR 4,000 crore that are export oriented and promote the green economy, the cap may be revised up to 3% of EFCI.
EFCI is the Eligible Fixed Capital Investment recognised for the project, so this ceiling scales with the capital actually deployed. The wording is permissive — the cap may be revised — so it is an approval the state extends to a qualifying project rather than an automatic entitlement, and it is settled when the customised package is negotiated.
It sits one step above the standard Platinum ceiling and is pursued through the RIPS 2024 route on Rajasthan's Rajnivesh single-window investment portal.

What You Get
The ceiling on your Asset Creation Incentive can be revised up to 3% of Eligible Fixed Capital Investment — the highest cap RIPS 2024 offers — where the project invests more than INR 4,000 crore, is export oriented and promotes the green economy. For a project of that size the cap determines how quickly the incentive can be drawn each year, so the revision reshapes the incentive's cash profile rather than adding a separate payout.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the revised cap?
The cap may be revised up to 3% of EFCI.
What qualifies a project?
Investment of more than INR 4,000 crore, and the enterprise being export oriented and promoting the green economy.
Is the revision automatic?
No — the clause says the cap may be revised, so it is extended to a qualifying project rather than guaranteed.
What is EFCI?
Eligible Fixed Capital Investment, the project's recognised capital investment against which the percentage cap is applied.
How does it differ from the standard Platinum ceiling?
The standard Platinum ceiling in the same clause is set for projects above INR 3,000 crores with employment above 1,500; this revision is the higher option for large export-oriented green projects.
Where is this defined?
Clause 5.3 of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024.
