Quick Answer
Projects investing over INR 3,000 crore with more than 1,500 jobs get their RIPS 2024 Asset Creation Incentive ceiling raised to 2.5% of EFCI per annum.
About this subsidy
The Platinum Package is RIPS 2024's top tier. For enterprises investing more than INR 3,000 crores and generating employment greater than 1,500, the ceilings for Asset Creation Incentives (ACI) are set at 2.5% of EFCI per annum.
EFCI is the Eligible Fixed Capital Investment recognised for the project, so the annual entitlement scales with the capital you actually put on the ground. Raising the ceiling does not by itself pay anything — it lifts the annual cap within which your Asset Creation Incentive claims are settled, which for a project of this size is what determines how quickly the incentive can be drawn down.
The Platinum Package is pursued through the RIPS 2024 route on Rajasthan's Rajnivesh single-window investment portal, as part of the project's approval.

What You Get
Your annual Asset Creation Incentive ceiling is set at 2.5% of Eligible Fixed Capital Investment, rather than the lower cap applying to smaller projects. For a Platinum Package project the ceiling is the binding constraint on how fast incentives can be drawn, so the enhancement changes the annual cash profile of the whole incentive package. Qualification needs investment above INR 3,000 crores and more than 1,500 jobs.
