Quick Answer
Manufacturing, services, sunrise and startup enterprises in Rajasthan get 50% of employee training cost reimbursed under RIPS 2024, on one of two stated caps.
About this subsidy
Under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) 2024, an enterprise that trains its own workforce can recover 50% of the total cost of employee training as a one-time incentive. The policy offers this on either of two ceilings:
- up to INR 4,000 per worker per month, for a maximum of 6 months; or
- up to INR 100,000 per employee per annum, for a maximum of 20 employees per enterprise.
The incentive is open to enterprises in the manufacturing, services, sunrise and start-up categories. Because it is stated as a one-time incentive, it is designed to support the skilling push around a new or expanded operation rather than as a recurring annual subsidy. You incur the training expenditure first and claim reimbursement against it under the RIPS 2024 process on Rajasthan's single-window investment portal.

What You Get
Half of what you spend training employees comes back as a one-time reimbursement. You claim it under one of the two ceilings the policy sets: INR 4,000 per worker per month for up to six months, or INR 100,000 per employee per annum for up to twenty employees in the enterprise. Manufacturing, services, sunrise-sector and start-up enterprises are all covered, so the same line supports both a factory ramping up shop-floor workers and a startup training a small technical team.
