About this subsidy
The general green incentives of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024 reimburse enterprises half of what they spend on environmental projects — effluent treatment, emission control, waste management and comparable work undertaken to reduce the unit's environmental footprint.
The reimbursement is a straight 50% of project cost. The combined benefits drawn from these general green incentives are subject to a maximum ceiling of INR 1 crore, so this item shares a budget with the other general green concessions rather than carrying its own separate cap.
Claims are filed through Rajasthan's single-window investment portal under the RIPS 2024 process, against evidence of the expenditure actually incurred.
