Quick Answer
One-time assistance of 50% of the cost of raising capital through an SME platform, up to INR 5 lakh, for M-Sand units in Rajasthan.
About this subsidy
M-Sand units in Rajasthan that raise capital through an SME exchange platform can recover half of what the exercise costs them, capped at INR 5 lakh, under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024.
Listing on an SME platform carries real out-of-pocket expense — merchant banker fees, exchange and depository charges, legal and audit work — which often deters smaller manufacturers from using public capital at all. This one-time reimbursement takes half of that off the table.
It is part of the dedicated M-Sand package under RIPS 2024 and is claimed through Rajasthan's single-window investment portal after the fund-raise is completed.
