About this competition
Tally CodeBrewers 2026 is a national-level coding competition organised by Tally Solutions, designed to identify and reward top programming talent across India. Participants can choose between two tracks — Systems Programming and Full Stack Development — and compete for cash prizes, direct entry to placement interviews, and internship opportunities at Tally's Bengaluru headquarters.
Who Should Apply Open to Indian students and early-career developers with skills in systems programming or full stack development. Individual participation only.
Tracks / Themes
- Systems Programming: Focus on low-level programming, performance optimisation, and system design.
- Full Stack Development: Build end-to-end web applications using modern frameworks and tools.
Format & Timeline The competition runs from June 3 to June 28, 2026. Participants register and submit their solutions online. Judging is based on code quality, innovation, and correctness. Winners are announced after evaluation.
Prizes Total cash prize pool of ₹75,000 distributed across winners in each track. Top performers also receive direct entry to placement interviews and internship offers at Tally Solutions, Bengaluru.
Eligibility Open to Indian nationals. No team size — individual participation only.

What You Get
Cash prizes awarded outright to top-ranked competitors, with identical prize tiers paid independently in each of the two tracks (Systems Programming and Full Stack). Track winners take ₹75,000, 1st runners-up ₹40,000, and 2nd runners-up ₹25,000; every prize tier also includes direct entry to Tally placement interviews, live internship opportunities at Tally Solutions' Bengaluru office, and Tally merch. Shortlisted teams receive hands-on mentoring from assigned internal Tally engineering mentors during the 48-hour build phase, and grand-finalists travel to Tally's Bengaluru office to refine and pitch their production build. Entry is free.
