About this competition
The IndeHub Hackathon 2026 is a developer competition organised by RevenueCat, inviting participants to build native apps for Apple platforms — iOS, macOS, or visionOS. The hackathon culminates in a live finale in Bengaluru, where winners are awarded cash and hardware prizes.
Who Should Apply Open to Indian developers, designers, and product builders with experience or interest in Apple ecosystem development. Solo participants and teams are welcome.
Tracks / Themes Participants are free to build any app using native Apple frameworks (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, etc.) for iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision Pro. There are no predefined themes — creativity and technical execution are the key criteria.
Format & Timeline The hackathon runs from July 20 to August 7, 2026. Participants build and submit their apps by the deadline. The top entries are shortlisted for the Bengaluru finale, where finalists present their apps to a panel of judges. The event is a mix of remote building and an in-person finale.
Prizes Total cash prize pool of ₹1,00,000, plus hardware prizes (details to be announced). The exact distribution across ranks is not specified.

What You Get
The Grand Prize is a cash award worth ₹1,00,000, paid to the winning team at the in-person Bengaluru finale. Beyond the grand prize, winners can also pick up additional track prizes including computer monitors, builder electronics, gadgets, digital vouchers, and premium platform subscriptions. Participation is free, and shortlisted teams advance from the online semifinals to the live grand finale on August 22, 2026, where finalists present their apps to judges. As a competition prize, the money is won outright — no equity, repayment, or spending restrictions are attached.
