What You Get
Beneficiaries will receive a 50% reimbursement on the cost incurred for purchasing equipment that has been explicitly recommended by an environmental auditor, up to a maximum of ₹20 lakh. This financial support is crucial for MSMEs looking to invest in cleaner technologies, waste management systems, energy-efficient machinery, or pollution control devices. The reimbursement directly reduces the capital expenditure for businesses, making it more feasible to implement environmental upgrades. In addition to the direct monetary benefit, this scheme offers an implicit benefit of enhanced environmental compliance, which can lead to better market positioning and reduced regulatory risks for participating MSMEs within Uttar Pradesh.
