About this competition
VIBE2SHIP is a free online vibe-coding hackathon organised by Coding Ninjas in collaboration with Google for Developers. The competition invites Indian students to build innovative projects using a vibe-coding approach — emphasising creativity, speed, and developer experience.
Who Should Apply Open to Indian students across all disciplines who are passionate about coding and building. No prior hackathon experience required.
Format & Timeline The hackathon runs online from June 9 to June 21, 2026. Participants can work on their projects remotely and submit before the deadline. Judging will be based on creativity, technical implementation, and impact.
Prizes Total cash prize pool of ₹3,00,000 distributed among winning teams.
Eligibility Open to Indian students. Individual participation or teams allowed.

What You Get
Win cash prizes from a ₹3,00,000 pool in this solo online hackathon. The top four finishers receive ₹1,00,000, ₹75,000, ₹50,000 and ₹40,000 respectively; the top five winners get cash prizes as per the prize pool plus a Certificate of Merit. Every participant who submits a solution receives a participation certificate. Alongside prize money, you build a complete project using Google AI Studio and other supporting tools, gaining hands-on exposure to AI-assisted coding and real-world problem solving — a ready portfolio piece for future applications.
