Who Should Apply Open to students from any department and any year of study. Teams may be formed within a single college or across colleges — inter-college teams are explicitly allowed and encouraged. Each team must include at least one female student. Tracks / Themes Participants can build across several emerging technology domains: - AI & Next-Gen Tech — Generative AI, LLM applications, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. - Automation — robotics, drones and autonomous systems. - Social Impact — healthtech, medical AI, agritech and rural innovation. - Smart Infrastructure — smart cities, IoT, edge computing and green technology. - FinTech & Digital Innovation — blockchain, digital trust, fintech and logistics. - Open Innovation — a wildcard track for unique ideas addressing real-world problems. Format & Timeline This is a fully offline, on-campus hackathon. Reporting and registration take place on 30 September 2026 before 10:00 AM, with the on-spot challenge release and hackathon kickoff at 10:30 AM the same day. Teams then have 36 hours — running from 30 September to 1 October 2026 — to ideate, design, develop, test and present their solutions. Final submission and results are scheduled for 1 October 2026 from 4:00 PM onwards. Solutions must be built from scratch during the hackathon; pre-built or pre-developed solutions are not permitted, and no prior idea or abstract submission is required. Judging Criteria Submissions are evaluated on innovation and creativity, technical implementation, real-world impact, feasibility and scalability, and presentation and pitch. Prizes A total prize pool of ₹2,00,000 is available for the best-performing teams, recognised for their innovation, technical implementation, feasibility and presentation. All participants receive participation certificates, and top-performing participants may get opportunities for internships and career prospects. Facilities The hackathon provides expert mentoring and technical support throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi and development infrastructure, meals, snacks and refreshments, and dedicated rest arrangements during the 36-hour build.
