What is it? The Unpuzzle Project is India's most curated ecosystem platform for founders, brands, VCs, investors, and operators. It is not an event company or a WhatsApp group community—it is the operating system for India's business ecosystem, designed to facilitate the deals, partnerships, hires, and introductions that truly move things forward.

Who is it for? This event is for founders who have closed rounds but still feel uncertain, operators scaling teams and questioning their hires, marketers hitting numbers without understanding how, investors seeking conviction in a volatile market, and anyone building something—companies, teams, identities—who senses something isn't clicking. It is also for practical needs: founders looking for their next investor, senior hire, or launch partner; brand managers seeking operators whose problems they can solve; and VCs looking for conviction in a person before a deck.

What to expect? The event runs on five rounds across four hours, with no panels, no stage, and no sponsor-heavy agenda:

Round 01 — The Puzzle (30 min): The signature opener. Each attendee gets a puzzle piece and must find three strangers whose pieces connect—bypassing default networking instincts.
Round 02 — The Anchor (45 min): Speed-fire structured introductions at curated tables of six. Three minutes per person to state what you're building and what you need—no decks, no fluff.
Round 03 — The Ripen Round (60 min): Attendees bring one real problem (a hire they can't close, a market call they're stuck on, a partnership that won't land). In small operator-led pods, six brains work on it for an hour.
Round 04 — The Wildcard (120 min): Unstructured time with everyone in the room, anchored around good food. This is where deals quietly happen.
Round 05 — The Quiet Exit (15 min): Write one commitment from someone you met. We collect them, you keep yours, and we check in 30 days later.
