About this grant
The HIM Startup Yojana 2025 is a seed fund initiative by HPCED, implemented through IIT Mandi Catalyst. What is the maximum financial support available under this scheme?
Up to ₹50,00,000 per startup.
Who can apply?
Startups that are registered in Himachal Pradesh, have at least 51% shareholding by bonafide Himachali promoters, and are either incubated in an approved incubation center or DPIIT registered with operations in HP.
Is prior incubation mandatory?
Preferably 3 months incubation, but the seed support committee may decide on a case-by-case basis.
What documents are required in the application?
PAN Card or Aadhar Card image, caste certificate, and certificate of special disability if applicable.
