IKIGAI 2026 is a premier national-level hackathon organised by Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research, Indore. The event brings together innovative minds, developers, designers, and problem-solvers from across the country to collaborate, innovate, and build impactful technology-driven solutions.
Who Should Apply
Open to all Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma students, and recent graduates from recognized institutions. Participants from all academic disciplines are welcome. Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are allowed.
Tracks / Themes
Participants may build projects under any of the following tracks: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Agricultural Technology & Smart Farming, Sports Analytics using AI & Machine Learning, Web & Mobile Applications, and Emerging Technologies and Innovation.
Format & Timeline
The hackathon is a two-round competition. Round 1 is an online idea submission and evaluation phase, where teams submit their problem statement, proposed solution, technology stack, and project overview. Submissions are screened by industry experts. Shortlisted teams advance to Round 2: a 36-hour offline Grand Finale held from 21–23 August 2026 in Indore, where teams build and present their solutions before a panel of judges.
Prizes
Total prize pool of ₹1,03,000, along with certificates, recognition, and networking opportunities for top-performing teams.
Eligibility
Teams of 2–4 members. Each team must include at least one female participant. A participant can be a member of only one team.
