About this subsidy
Under the Healthcare & Ayush care Investment Policy 2020, quality certifications of Ayush drugs are fully subsidised — 100%, up to ₹5 lakh.
Full reimbursement means certification fees are effectively free to the manufacturer up to the ceiling. It sits alongside the separate quality control subsidy in the same policy (30%, up to ₹2 crore): certification covers the third-party marks a product needs to be sold and exported, while quality control covers the testing capability behind them. A manufacturer building both can claim under each.
