About this subsidy
Under the J&K Affordable Slum Housing Development Policy, 2020, organisations developing housing, slum rehabilitation and township projects are exempted from external and periphery charges to the extent of the EWS and LIG housing provided, measured in terms of the FAR/FSI used.
