About this subsidy
Clause 3.4.7.iii.a of the Meghalaya Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy (MIIPP) 2024 gives Micro and Small Units a subsidy of 50% on Power Service Connection Charges, excluding internal wiring, subject to a maximum ceiling of Rs 2 lakhs.
It complements the separate 100% reimbursement available on drawing an 11 KV or higher power line to the unit.
