What You Get
The state absorbs part of the interest cost on the unit's loan — 5% a year for priority sector units and 4% a year for non-priority sector units — for a maximum of 7 consecutive years. It is an ongoing cash-flow relief rather than a one-time capital payout, and stacks with the capital investment incentive under the same policy.
