• The startup must be a Private Limited or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered in India.
• The founders of the startup must be Indian citizens, and they must hold a minimum of 50% shareholding.
• The startup should be no more than 10 years old from its date of incorporation.
• The startup's annual turnover must not have exceeded ₹25 lakhs in any financial year since its inception.
• The applicant must have a startup with an innovative idea that uses technology.

Ineligible:

• Innovators who do not or will not own the project know-how or IP.
• Ideas purely relating to software or app development.
