About this subsidy
Under the Industrial and Investment Policy of Mizoram 2025, a new MSME unit inside a Notified Industrial Area can claim back 25% of what it spends constructing a factory building on land allotted to it, with an upper ceiling of Rs 15 lakh.
As with the land development subsidy, approval is front-loaded: the Government of Mizoram must sign off on your plan and estimate for the factory building before you build. The unit must be within 5 years of its existence.
