About this subsidy
For a software or services company, rent is the first fixed cost that bites. The Industrial and Investment Policy of Mizoram 2025 reimburses 50% of monthly office space rental for a period of three years, subject to a ceiling of Rs 1.5 lakh per annum.
Location is the gate: the benefit is for MSMEs operating in notified IT zones or approved incubation centres. It is available to new IT/ITES MSMEs for five years from the date of commencement of production, with the rental support itself running three years.
