About this subsidy
Electricity is often the largest recurring cost for a small manufacturing unit, and the Industrial and Investment Policy of Mizoram 2025 refunds a slice of it. Micro enterprises recover 60% of total expenditure on power consumption, small enterprises 25% and medium enterprises 15%.
Each tier is capped at Rs 20 lakh per annum, and the benefit runs for five years from the date of commencement of production. Claims are pegged to actual metered consumption, so keep your energy bills filed.
