About this subsidy
Under the Industrial and Investment Policy of Mizoram 2025, manufacturing micro, small and medium enterprises get their State GST back. The refund covers the net SGST paid — that is, the tax discharged in cash, excluding any amount settled by utilising input tax credit — for five years from the date of commencement of commercial production.
There is no rupee ceiling in the clause: the benefit scales with the tax you actually pay, which makes it one of the more valuable incentives in the policy for a unit with real turnover. Trading and service units are outside it; the clause is written for manufacturing MSMEs.

What You Get
The state reimburses the net SGST you pay — the amount discharged other than by utilisation of input tax credit — for five years from the date of commencement of commercial production. It applies to manufacturing micro, small and medium enterprises, and the clause fixes no upper rupee limit, so the benefit tracks your actual tax outgo.
