About this subsidy
The Industrial and Investment Policy of Mizoram 2025 shares the cost of building a workforce. A new MSME unit that trains or re-skills its people can recover up to 50% of the training expenses, with a ceiling of Rs 2 lakh per training per annum.
Approval is case-to-case, and the proposal is the deciding document: it must set out who is being trained, where the training will happen, which skills are being upgraded, the outcomes you expect and the cost. Submit it before you commit the spend.
