About this subsidy
The Industrial and Investment Policy of Mizoram 2025 cuts the running cost of water for new manufacturing units. The share reimbursed depends on how big you are: 60% of total water-consumption expenditure for micro enterprises, 25% for small enterprises and 15% for medium enterprises.
Every tier carries the same ceiling of Rs 10 lakh per annum, and the benefit runs for five years from the date of commencement of production. Because it is pegged to actual consumption, keep your utility bills and meter records in order.
