The MSInS-Bhau Seed Fund 2026 is a seed funding initiative by COEP’s Bhau Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Leadership in association with the Maharashtra State Innovation Society. The program offers financial assistance of up to ₹9 lakhs to support startups in advancing their proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry, and commercialization activities.
The funding is provided under Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), enabling startups to access structured capital while aligning long-term growth interests. The opportunity is focused on high-potential startups operating in sectors such as Healthcare Technologies, Renewable Energy, Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber Security, Grassroot Innovations, and EV & Smart Mobility. Along with funding, startups benefit from institutional ecosystem support to scale their ideas and accelerate growth.
