You must be a Chhattisgarh native, have passed class 8, and be 18 to 35 years old. Five years of relaxation applies for SC/ST/OBC, women, PWD, Naxalite-affected family members and retired soldiers. Family income must be Rs. 3,00,000 or less, and only one person per family can apply. You cannot be a bank defaulter or have taken a grant under PMRYO, PMROSRIKA or another government scheme.
