About this subsidy
Clause 12.7.2 B(5) of Punjab's Industrial and Business Development Policy 2022 gives Punjab-based startups registered with Startup Punjab a full refund of the stamp duty paid on registration of their Memorandum and Articles of Association. It is a straight 100% reimbursement of what was actually paid — the policy sets a percentage, not a rupee ceiling, so the value depends on the duty your incorporation attracted.
