What You Get
The Rise Together program offers comprehensive financial and strategic support to eligible youth groups in Jammu & Kashmir. Beneficiaries can avail financial assistance up to ₹20 lakh for their community-oriented enterprise projects. This assistance is structured to include an upfront subsidy component provided by Mission Youth, which is a minimum of ₹2.5 lakh or 10% of the project cost. Additionally, a loan component is provided by a bank, covering 70% of the project cost, up to ₹17.50 lakh. A crucial benefit is the special repayment subsidy, which can aggregate up to ₹5 lakh per case, easing the repayment burden. Beyond the financial aid, the program provides essential handholding and end-to-end strategic support, encompassing all stages from production to marketing, ensuring the successful establishment and sustainable operation of economic units. This support includes pre-sanction training to facilitate effective project execution and necessary counselling for selected youth groups, integrating their entrepreneurial journey with broader socio-economic development goals. The initiative aims to foster job creation, income generation, and a spirit of social service among young entrepreneurs.

Selection Process
Applications are invited online during the 4th quarter of each year and subsequently undergo an assessment process, which is completed by the end of each financial year. Shortlisted proposals are then notified in April. Selected youth groups are provided with necessary counselling before proceeding. Following counselling, these groups are required to submit a Detailed Project Report (DPR) outlining their proposed activities. The submitted DPRs are rigorously evaluated by a Technical Committee, specially constituted by the Chief Executive Officer of Mission Youth. Only those DPRs that meet the committee's standards are considered for financial assistance under the program. Successful groups then receive pre-sanction training to ensure effective project execution.
