About this subsidy
The Special Marketing Assistance Scheme (SMAS) of the National SC-ST Hub puts SC/ST enterprises on the floor at domestic exhibitions and trade fairs and meets the cost of being there.
This component is the per-enterprise ceiling on that support: Rs. 1.50 lakh for a participating SC/ST enterprise per event.
The individual components — the 100% built-up stall charge subsidy, the travel fare up to Rs. 10,000 and the freight up to Rs. 15,000 — are all settled inside this overall limit for the event.
