Individual beneficiaries can avail support through their educational institutions or nearby SSIP grantee universities. The policy envisions a state-level digital interface (UDAYAM COGENT Platform) for registration and support. Specific application processes for PoC/Prototype and IP support are managed at the educational institution level with scrutiny committees.
