The Toilet Board Coalition Accelerator is a 12-month virtual program now in its eleventh year, designed to accelerate businesses building solutions in the sanitation economy. The Coalition matches entrepreneurs with global business leaders, corporate mentors, and investors to drive progress toward SDG 6 — sanitation for all. To date, the program has supported 111 SMEs, impacting over 13 million lives daily and unlocking $49 million in finance for alumni.
The 2027 cohort accepts applications from SMEs operating in emerging markets across Asia (including India), Africa, and Latin America. Selected ventures receive 12 months of expert support, business model coaching, corporate mentorship from multinational partners, and access to investment. The program runs entirely virtually. Applications close April 30, 2026; the programme begins in January 2027.
