The Department of Industries and Commerce screens each claim against the TIIPIS 2022 transport clause: local resource based industry or packaging industry in the State, cargo limited to secondary raw materials or packaging raw materials, movement between the seller's and the buyer's nearest railway stations, and the claim computed on the Railway Standard Parcel Rate at 50%. Claims billed on some other freight basis, or for cargo outside those two classes, are refused or recast on the parcel rate. Verified claims are reimbursed at 50% with no rupee ceiling in the clause. Applicants are not ranked against one another.
