The Construction Innovation Hub (CIH) Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Program is a collaborative initiative aimed at accelerating innovation across the construction value chain, focusing on sustainable, inclusive, and affordable housing solutions. The program provides a comprehensive support system, including a monthly subsistence grant and up to 18 months of support, to help early-stage innovators evolve their concepts into viable, scalable startups.
The initiative is a joint effort by Habitat for Humanity's Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter (TCIS) and the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), with the IIT Palakkad's Technology IHub Foundation (IPTIF) serving as the implementation partner.
