About this Opportunity

This category of Ideathon 2.0 is designed to support Registered Startups and MSMEs with funding, mentorship, and market linkages to scale their technology-driven solutions under the NM-ICPS scheme.

The primary goal is to provide innovation grants for product/service development related to the focus-areas and to strengthen the overall inclusive technology ecosystem.

Key Offerings:

Grant Support: Up to ₹5 Lakh Grant/Startup.
Support: Mentorship, market linkages, and access to the IIT Ropar ecosystem.
Inclusion Mandate: Innovation grants, mentoring, and market linkages for companies/startups/MSME with founder/Co-founder belonging to the SC (Scheduled Caste) community.

Eligibility

Applicant Type: Registered Company/Startups and MSMEs developing technological solutions.
Goal: Product/service development related to the focus-areas or Technical and/or Business Skilling of Inclusive Population.
Focus Areas: Climate-Smart Agriculture, Water & Soil Systems, Agri-Waste & Circular Economy, Digital Agri-Health and Rural Tech, and Inclusive Skilling.
Inclusivity: Funding and support for companies/startups/MSME with founder/Co-founder belonging to the SC community.

Application Process

Application Submission: Submit the application with project information (Problem Statement, Technology Description, Stage of Development, Budget Sought) online via the Google Form link.
Screening & Panel Review: Applications undergo screening and internal evaluation, followed by a presentation before an expert committee.
Award & Follow-up: Prize disbursal and follow-up support (mentorship, market linkages) to help scale the project.
