What You Get
Selected startups and innovators receive grant support to develop 5G infrastructure and next-generation 5G applications in advanced communication systems, chosen through a formal Call for Proposals. The program backs work on 5G-and-beyond base stations using vendor-neutral RAN, 5G/6G core network technologies, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces for wireless, UAV/drone communication, and radar for drone detection and routing. As a DST-supported Technology Innovation Hub (a Section 8 company under NM-ICPS), IIITB COMET Foundation pairs this grant with an ecosystem for entrepreneurship development, skill development, technology development, R&D projects, publications, patents, and startup partnerships.
