About this Opportunity

The MANAGE FISHub Incubation Program 2026 (Cohort II) is a national incubation initiative designed to support fisheries startups, aquapreneurs, and innovators developing solutions for India’s fisheries and aquaculture sector. The program is organized by the MANAGE Fisheries Innovation and Startup Hub (MANAGE–FISHub), supported by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India, and hosted by the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) in Hyderabad. The initiative aims to transform innovative fisheries and aquaculture ideas into scalable startup ventures by providing structured mentoring, entrepreneurial training, and exposure to real industry challenges.

Through a one-month mentoring and incubation engagement, participants receive hands-on experience with established fisheries startups while learning about business models, aquaculture value chains, and market opportunities. Selected participants gain access to more than 60 hours of mentoring, technical guidance, and practical exposure to fisheries innovation ecosystems. The program also offers technical and business mentoring, networking opportunities, incubation workshops, and access to sector experts. Promising startups emerging from the program may also be recommended for mentoring and potential grant-in-aid opportunities under the RKVY-RAFTAAR scheme subject to eligibility.
