About this grant
The MeitY GENESIS EiR (Entrepreneur-in-Residence) program is a government initiative to fortify the startup ecosystem in Tier II and Tier III cities. Hosted by the ACIC-BMU Foundation, the program provides a grant and dedicated mentorship to innovators and startups to help them develop their ideas into prototypes. Indian citizens who are full-time UG/PG students or DPIIT-recognized startup founders (startup ≤2 years old). The innovation must be at the ideation to prototype stage, and applicants must be from Tier II or III cities.
