About this Opportunity

The MeitY TIDE 2.0 Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) grant, implemented through the IIITB Innovation Centre, is designed to support individuals and startups at the prototype stage. It provides funding of up to ₹4 lakhs for a period of 12 months to validate and develop an idea into a Proof-of-Concept. The program focuses on socially-relevant solutions and ventures that utilize emerging digital technologies like SaaS/PaaS/IoT, AI, Blockchain, and Robotics.

Eligibility

  • Indian entrepreneurs with a well-defined business idea in sectors aligned to IIITB-Innovation Centre’s focus areas.
  • The grant is intended for startups at the prototype stage.
  • The venture should be working on socially-relevant solutions using emerging digital technologies.
  • Focus areas include: Healthcare, Education, Agriculture, Infrastructure & Transportation, Financial Inclusion including Digital Payments, and e-Governance, Smart Manufacturing & Industry 4.0/5.0, and FinTech.
