The Navodaya Agripreneurship Orientation Programme (AOP) supports idea-stage startups, students, and youth working on innovative concepts in agriculture, animal science, and allied sectors. The program includes a one-month training-cum-hands-on internship led by technology and industry experts.
Participants learn business concepts, market insights, and strategies while working towards converting their idea into a prototype. After completing AOP, selected participants may receive pre-seed funding of up to ₹5 lakhs to develop a market-ready prototype or product. The programme also includes support for entity incorporation and DPIIT startup recognition.
