About this subsidy
Under the Sikkim Industrial and Investment Policy 2024, all eligible new industrial units are reimbursed or exempted from stamp duty up to 50% of the duty, subject to a monetary ceiling of Rs 25.00 lakh. The relief is available only for the parcel of land used exclusively for setting up the industrial unit. Units run by women entrepreneurs get a 100% exemption from stamp duty, up to Rs 50.00 lakh.
