Bizz Fiesta - LeadSpark is an engaging team-based competition organized by Geeta University, Panipat, designed to challenge students' leadership, management, and problem-solving skills. This event provides a dynamic platform for participants to demonstrate their strategic thinking and ethical judgment in real-time scenarios.
Who Should Apply
This competition is open to student teams comprising 4 to 6 members, all from the same institution. Participants are expected to comply with all rules and actively engage in every designated round.

Format & Timeline
Bizz Fiesta - LeadSpark features two main rounds. The Preliminary Round, an online Situational Judgement Test (SJT), will take place on April 27, 2026, and requires individual attempts. Top-performing teams will then advance to Round 2, an offline event held on April 30, 2026, which will involve interactive Leadership & Management Games and real-time team challenges at Geeta University in Panipat.
Prizes
Participants compete for a total cash prize pool of ₹17,500. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams, with additional consolation prizes for outstanding individual leaders:
- 1st Place: ₹7,100
- 2nd Place: ₹5,100
- 3rd Place: ₹3,100
- Consolation (Best Leader): ₹1,100 (two awards)
Eligibility
Teams must consist of 4 to 6 students from the same educational institution. All team members must adhere to the competition guidelines, and participation in all rounds is mandatory.
