Echelon: The Strategy Case Challenge, a flagship event under Navmanthan, is presented by Ethiccraft Society in collaboration with Kirori Mal College (KMC), University of Delhi. Designed as a rigorous and thought-provoking competition, Echelon brings together some of the most driven undergraduate minds to engage with high-stakes corporate scenarios, reflecting the complexities of modern organizations. This challenge pushes participants to go beyond conventional frameworks and craft solutions that balance efficiency, ethics, and long-term sustainability. Echelon is not merely a test of analytical ability—it is an evaluation of how effectively one can think with clarity, structure, and responsibility under real-world constraints. Participants gain valuable exposure, competitive recognition, and real-world problem-solving experience.
Who Should Apply
This competition is open to undergraduate students across all institutions in India. Teams can consist of 1 to 4 members, and cross-college teams are explicitly permitted, encouraging diverse perspectives and collaboration.

Top-performing teams will qualify for the final round.
