About this competition
Ascend 2026 is the third edition of the annual SCM-based case competition, proudly hosted by APICS SSCBS, the First Indian Chapter of the global Association for Supply Chain Management, based at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi. This competition challenges participants to apply their problem-solving skills to real-world supply chain scenarios, strategizing new technologies, innovating business models, and emphasizing core operational principles to develop practical solutions.
Who Should Apply This competition is ideal for university students and young professionals with an interest in supply chain management, operations, and business strategy. Participants can form teams of 1 to 4 members, encouraging both individual brilliance and collaborative problem-solving.

Format & Timeline Ascend 2026 is an online competition running from April 16 to April 28, 2026. Participants will be presented with a case study and tasked with developing comprehensive solutions within the competition timeline. The event culminates in presentations and judging by industry experts.
Prizes The competition features a total cash prize pool of ₹30,000, distributed among the top three winning teams. Additionally, the first-place winner will receive a valuable pre-internship opportunity.
- 1st Place: ₹15,000 cash + Prizes in Kind + Pre-Internship Opportunity
- 2nd Place: ₹10,000 cash + Prizes in Kind
- 3rd Place: ₹5,000 cash + Prizes in Kind
