The India Accelerator Program is an 8-month, two-staged program designed to support carbon dioxide removal (CDR) startups in India. It focuses on helping entrepreneurs navigate the nascent CDR space with local context in mind. The program provides coaching, connections to a global community of experts, buyers, and funders, and non-dilutive funding up to €15,000 in the second 'Leap' stage. The grant is recoverable, meaning startups that do well are encouraged to pay it back to support the next generation of CDR entrepreneurs. The program is not-for-profit and exclusively focuses on CDR, with a strong emphasis on science-based and collaborative solutions.
