About this Opportunity

The NIDHI-Seed Support Program (NIDHI-SSP) at AgHub PJTAU offers financial assistance and comprehensive support to startups in the agriculture sector. This initial funding is designed to support early-stage ventures in product development, market validation, and scaling up activities. The program also provides access to a vast ecosystem of scientific and agribusiness mentors, farmers, and investors to help startups successfully commercialize their innovative technologies.

Eligibility

The applicant startup must be a company registered in India, preferably with DPIIT registration.
The startup should have completed a minimum of 3 months of association with the incubator (AgHub) in its resident or virtual incubation program.
The applicant must have a clear Unique Selling Proposition (USP) validated through customer feedback.
The shareholding by Indian promoters must be at least 51%.
The program is not for Indian subsidiaries of MNCs or foreign companies. Preference will be given to startups that have not received prior government funding.
